Second Level – Private master suite with a full bath, plus three additional bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. Mid-Level – Versatile bedroom with a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work or quiet reading. Lower Level – Three bedrooms, a full bathroom, two sofa beds, and a game room with walkout access to the pool and yard.
Other Details to Note
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $350 pet fee. The pool is open seasonally. A security deposit is required; details are provided after booking. The garage is off limits to guests. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. Firewood is not provided; please bring your own if you plan to use the fire pit. This home is perfect for families and respectful groups but is not suitable for rowdy parties or unapproved outside guests.
