Get outside and explore our trails, parks, and lakes or visit the local casino or indoor waterpark. You will feel right at home in this charming and comfortable house. Located steps from a spring-fed lake in the heart of the Catskills, this is a great place for four-season recreation.

Good to know

Enjoy all the comforts of home at this clean and beautifully renovated Catskill Mountain cabin, located in a small and friendly lake community. The house was renovated in 2023 with a focus on space and comfort. We are continuously upgrading/ adding amenities to ensure an excellent stay. No need to pack up your entire house- we provide clean towels, linen, and basic kitchen necessities as well as soap, shampoo and a washer/dryer. We have excellent Wi-Fi and multiple laptop friendly work spaces. The house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a large couch and a smart-TV. There is a dedicated workspace between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The house has 3 mini-split air conditioners and heaters to ensure a comfortable temperature year-round. There are large decks in the front and back of the house, perfect for relaxing, grilling, and entertaining. We have 9 acres, mostly forest, for you to explore. We have an infant bathtub, pack-n-play, and toddler booster seat available if necessary. Just ask! The 4+ acre lake is located just a few hundred steps from the house and is a wonderful place to play or relax. It is accessed via a community beachfront area. The beachfront area (grass, not sand) has a picnic table for lakeside dining. The lake allows non-motorized boating and activities, and is stocked with an array of fish for catch and release fishing. The lake is less than 6' deep in most spots and is great for swimming. There is a dock in the middle during warmer months, perfect for lounging on or for jumping into the lake. We have a pedal boat that you can use, instructions can be found in the house manual. The lake usually freezes over during the winter, allowing for ice skating, ice fishing or tubing. Please make sure it is frozen solid before walking on it! Pets are allowed case by case, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring one. If you bring a pet, an extra $25 cleaning fee will be charged after booking. We strive to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We live nearby in case anything is needed. We always listen to suggestions to keep improving the house and the supplies that we offer. Our guidebook offers recommendations for local restaurants, activities and attractions. House Rules

Please be courteous and treat the house and furniture with respect. Please do not move the furniture around. This house is located in a community association. Guests should respect our neighbors and make sure not to make loud noise late at night, speed on the roads or litter. No parties or events are allowed. The only access to the lake is via the community beach, which is between 15 & 23 Indian Lake Road. All other access points are private, and guests may not trespass on private property. We love pets and they are allowed case by case. All pets must be housebroken and well trained. Pets should be kept on leash when in public areas as per NYS law. If you plan to bring a pet please let us know in advance. There will be an extra $25 cleaning fee if you bring a pet. You acknowledge that by using the lake and our watercraft, you are doing so at your own risk. Checkout is at 11am. If you require late checkout, please ask and we will be glad to accommodate if it is possible. A fee of $50 will be imposed for unauthorized checkout after 11am. A fee equal to that day's base rate (without discounts) will be imposed for checkout 2 hours past the set checkout time and that does not award possession of the property for that day. Additionally, if your unauthorized late checkout results in a refund given to a different traveler, you will be required to reimburse this amount. Our property is nestled within the serene embrace of the Catskill Mountains, offering guests an authentic experience of being close to nature. It is inherent to this natural setting that wildlife and various insects are present as part of the ecosystem. While we maintain routine pest control measures on both the exterior and interior of the property, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of wildlife or pests. Guests may encounter various forms of insects, both living and deceased, including but not limited to spiders, ants, wasps, and other regional fauna. The presence of these creatures is a normal part of life in a forested area and should not be interpreted as a sign of neglect or lack of cleanliness in the home. Before you book, please be advised that encountering wildlife or insects does not constitute grounds for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the natural beauty and biodiversity that our location offers.

We had an excellent stay at this charming cabin. The location is perfect. walking distance to a lake and lots of ammenities. We loved spending time on the deck and by the lake. This is a True Gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

This place was everything we hoped for in our short getaway from the city. Peaceful and private, yet not too far from food and activities. The house was clean, beds and linen were comfortable, great air conditioning, and basic necessities were provided. It is a short stroll to the most serene lake where we so enjoyed using the provided boats and a refreshing swim. Alan was extremely responsive- always answered within 10 minutes- and helpful. We would definitely come back again, highly recommend staying here!
