Second Floor: This floor offers two lounge areas, each with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or additional sleeping space. You'll find: A room with two twin beds. A room with two full-size beds and a full bathroom, leading into another room with a full-size beds. A red room with a queen-size bed and a private full bathroom, which connects to a room with a twin-on-twin bunk beds. An additional room with a twin bed. Please note: Two back bedrooms on this floor require passage through adjacent rooms for access. Third Floor: This floor also features two lounge areas, each with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. You'll find: A room with two twin-on-twin bunk beds. A lounge area with a full bathroom and a sofa bed, leading into a room with a queen-size bed. A room with two twin beds. Another lounge area with a full bathroom and a sofa bed, leading into a bedroom with two full-size beds. Other Details to Note

Pets are allowed with prior approval for a $300 per pet fee. Please notify us if you plan to bring any. We require a security deposit (amount depends on the length of stay). Please watch for a message with payment instructions. We don't provide propane for the grill. This property is perfect for families but not suitable for rowdy parties or outside guests without prior approval. Please note that Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 5 do not have dedicated heat; however, we do provide heaters in both rooms for guest comfort.

Very nice house, we liked everything. The house is big, clean, and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a big group. We celebrated New Year here and had a great time. It was warm and felt like home. This house is perfect for large families or groups. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back!

This house is great for big groups! The first floor is super spacious with a large dining table allowing us to hang out and eat together at the same table. The bedrooms are in various "sections" of the house making it easy to retreat to a more private space if needed. The location is also very convenient with supermarkets and restaurants only 10 mins away and a Resorts World only a few minutes away. Rachel and Sophia are amazing host and is very responsive!

We can't say enough good things about our experience with this house. Sophia was delightful and responsive to our communications. She reached out proactively to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is absolutely charming. It was fully stocked and had everything we could think of. The beds were comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. The property is magnificent. It has a rural feel and you actually get the sense you are the only one in the vicinity. We will definitely be back!
