The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for group cooking, and the open layout makes it easy to gather and relax. Bedrooms include a mix of full beds, twins, high-risers, and bunk beds, designed for flexibility and comfort. Three bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. House Rules: This home is designed for extended family groups and is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized use will result in immediate removal without a refund, and guests will be liable for damages. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 pet fee. Fire Pit: Please bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire pit. Grill: There is no propane tank on the property for the grill; please plan accordingly.
