Beautiful home and location . Good for a big group - lots of space and rooms. We loved the backyard and living room. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Super close to bear mountain for hiking! It’s not the *most* cozy or well appointed home - but it did the job and we loved hosting our Thanksgiving there. The house seems new so hopefully hosts will take some feedback in basic improvements that would make a huge difference (hooks in bathrooms, non-hospital lighting, mirrors in bathroom, kitchen basics like sheet pans).

We had an amazing stay! The property has beautiful scenery, plenty of things to enjoy, and the house looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Our group of 16 people had more than enough room to sleep and enjoy our time together. We would definitely love to come back. Sophia, our host, was extremely responsive, friendly, and provided very clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group. Every room was cozy and well set up, with plenty of space to relax together or unwind privately. The outdoor area was the highlight with a huge deck, great pool, relaxing hot tub, and beautiful forest views. The kids loved the game room too. The location is peaceful and scenic yet only about an hour from NYC. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and everything was exactly as described. We’re already planning to return and highly recommend this place.

We had the most incredible stay at this home! The house is absolutely perfect for large families or groups, it’s spacious, spotless, and filled with everything you could possibly need. Every room was comfortable and beautifully set up, and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still hanging out together. The outdoor area was our favorite. The deck is huge with plenty of seating, the pool was amazing during the day, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at night. The kids loved the game room and playroom, and we loved the peaceful forest views that made the whole place feel like a private retreat. The location couldn’t be better. It’s so quiet and scenic yet just an hour from NYC. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and everything matched (or exceeded!) the description. We’re already planning to come back next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Beautiful home and amenities, my coworkers and I enjoyed our stay for our work outing very much! Sophia and her team were also in great communication throughout and was able to accommodate ad-hoc requests very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone considering their space for any group events.

We had an excellent stay at this charming cabin. The location is perfect. walking distance to a lake and lots of ammenities. We loved spending time on the deck and by the lake. This is a True Gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

Love this place! the house is spotless clean including hot tub and baths, the grounds and lake are serene and there's so much to do between the pool table, hundreds of books, and canoes, very comfortable beds and linen, toilets come with all toiletries set up like in a hotel, And Sophia was very responsive with any questions. highly recommended!

We loved our stay! it was a cute home, well furnished! my kids enjoyed the stocked yard, firepit we absolutely loved the lake and the variety of boats Alan has! definitely recommend!
